Tennantcast #47 – I really want to see Lennon naked
Sadly, Flossie cannot join the trio as school beckons her every call, however Kelsey and Kari have a new playmate – Amanda! A guest host is something they needed after the life hiatus-ish. After getting to know Amanda a bit more, the girls chat about the latest David news, including him being a broker for charity, a rather amusing picture comment of the day as well as the main discussion of Single Father part two. The topic of Lennon Naked is interwoven into the conversation, as the three are Beatles fans for life and there is much laughter (which is most likely needed). Hopefully Amanda can join us again soon!
Tennantcast 46 – Maniac with a Chainsaw
The girl are finally back together after a whole month of being busy and school. There has been a lot of news with David, because David likes to be busy when everyone else is! With slight touching on the shows he has been on as a guest, somehow the talk of Saw & Texas Chainsaw Massacres comes about. Let’s hope David’s not in any one of those!
The first and second episodes of Single Father are in high discussion as well as David grabbing on crabs on Rhod Gilbert.
Tennantcast 45 – In Which We Sing Happy Birthday
A short-but-sweet episode for this week; the Tennant Cast girls all have a lot going on in Real Life (I’m not sure I know what this is personally). We briefly discuss the SciFi awards, for which David is up for three gongs, and we have small dilemmas over who deserves the awards.
In Picture Comment of the Day, as the sad obsessed fans we are, we try and work out what kind of biscuit (or cookie depending on your geographical location) David is eating.
Also, this episode was recorded on Kari’s birthday. Go wish her a happy belated birthday!
Tennantcast #44 – Poor Lost Little David
Fair Warning: This episode is definitely our freuidian episode, so if you’re sensitive about “minds in the gutter” you may want to skip it or you can laugh along with us!
Finally the three chicas are back together as they discuss a plethoria of actual events and news! After some funny stories shared between their lives, David went to the Emmys (and seen near the famous and infamous Betty White) and we get a new look at Peter Vincent’s Criss Angel costume! Our big discussion of the day is a continuation of last week’s with comparing and contrasting Christopher Eccleston’s and David’s regenerations in Doctor Who.
Tennantcast #43 – I Was Steven Moffat’s Friend First!
WARNING: Spoilers for series 5 Doctor Who within episode.
To describe this episode as “the one where we go off-topic” would be akin to describing a Bond film as the “one with the bikini-clad lady”, i.e. incredibly unhelpful. Nevertheless, we tangent as we have never tangented before: our talk ranges from Russell T. Davies to George Lucas; cybermen to stormtroopers; Tom Baker to Sherlock Holmes; and Karen Gillan to J-Lo, with only the briefest of stops along the way on David.
True to form, on picture comment of the day we refuse to stay on-topic for long. We look at a photo of David Tennant with Benedict Cumberbatch and, whilst amused by captions for a minute or so, Flossie is soon earnestly recommending Sherlock to Kelsey. Our main discussion centres around Matt Smith and the new series of Doctor Who, and, completely unfaithful and fickle, we give Matt Smith and Steven Moffat a big two thumbs up.
Tennantcast 42 – Your Love Will Be Your Fuel
News today includes David Tennant returning to Masterpiece Contemporary, being nominated as your “favourite hero of all time”, POTENTIALLY leaving his thriller film Retreat, a BAFTA screening for Single Father and his whereabouts in New Mexico! Running out of ideas for Picture Comment of the Day, we chose a “College Student” edition. Our special discussion is the Character Series that Never Was – we discuss our thoughts on the Rex Is Not Your Lawyer clip.
Tennantcast 41 – Retreat!
This week we were sadly lacking Kari, but Kelsey and Flossie made up for the lost voice by making a lot of David noise out of not much news at all. Talk turns to “exciting” news about his current projects Retreat and Decoy Bride, of which recent photos have been released.
In Picture Comment of the Day, Kelsey and Flossie fail to see the difference between their future bridegrooms wearing David’s Decoy Bride suit and actually marrying David himself. We also imagine the horror that is the Hollywood idea of a Scottish wedding.
We want guest hosts for future episodes- chuck us an email if you’re interested. Also, we’re always keen on feedback so do leave a comment below.

Tennantcast #28 – Ch-ch-ch-DAVID!*
Same old excuse as always – the girls enjoy a very humorous, off-topic discussion, fueled by Kelsey’s dad’s idea of having Tennantcast commercials. We came up with Tennantcast merchandise (imaginary, of course), including Chia pet David’s (to explain for the rapidly growing hair), crochet and knit dolls of the man made by Flossie and Kari, stained glass, and my father’s favorite, David Tennant alphabet soup. A very long winded discussion of Waters of Mars ensues, which was enjoyed by all three girls although it was far too scary for children, our favorite part being when David speaks alien. Kelsey nearly has a monologue of her thoughts of Dreamland (at last, my revenge, I watch something they haven’t!) and Flossie tells us about La Cage Aux Folles, and Kari shares with us her lovely wallpaper! Our picture comment of the day is a rather old shoot from the early 90’s, in which we discover most of us were between 1-5 years old when it was taken (EWW!). We wrap it all up with part two of Only Human – which was no better than the first, yet entertaining no less.
Tennantcast#31 – Honoraries with T-shirts
Our first special of the New Year! Our special is all about reviewing David’s past year, past decade even, and making humorous predictions about his future! Covering everything from his worst reviews, his smallest roles, his weirdest rumors and exploring all his works, we go down memory lane and reminiscence about our feelings and first reactions. There’s no Picture Comment of the Day or reviews, as everything will return to normal next week.

Tennantcast #32 – I Wish Bernard Cribbins Was Real
For the 32nd episode, the girls finally get around talking about the End Of Time, parts one and two. They all agree David, John Simm and Bernard Cribbins rocked it like they were made for it and thought the Star Wars rips offs weren’t quite necessary. Flossie talks about her St. Trinian’s II experience and how she displayed her Tennant Fan pride. The picture comment of the day was a lovely submission in which David had regenerated into a Beatle-esque look at the ripe age of 27, in which he does not look. Kelsey and Kari also are ecstatic the photo was from GQ December 1999, which makes David a true GQMF. Picture Comment of the Day Direct Download
Tennantcast #33 – Our Secret Handshake
We have a legendary episode for you all – Kelsey and Flossie record alone while Kari is busy tending to her family. Kelsey and Flossie spend their time talking about everything from secret handshakes we had as kids and our dream of having one with David, the premiere of Legally Blonde, and how much we adore Stephen Fry and his Beatle-y knowledge. But don’t worry, we discuss much less shallow topics and come up with some pretty enduring questions – Does David actually use the same skull for the filmed version of Hamlet and when Hamlet airs on PBS in April will he introduce himself? Finally getting off our tangent of how much we dislike Robert Pattinson and greasy hair, Kelsey enjoys a peculiar Picture Comment of the Day – A Lady Gaga look alike picture. Who ever thought those two would be the same sentence?
As mentioned in the very beginning of the episode, we at Tennantcast do apologize for our recent inconsistencies as of late – we’ve all got jobs and work now and finding a good time for all of us with our awkward time differences is exceedingly difficult, but we’re trying our best to make quality episodes whenever we can.

Picture Comment of the Day… the Fame Monster?!
Tennantcast 34 – Rate My Back Hair!
Editor’s note: due to our website being down for several weeks in February, this episode was recorded 2/16/2010. It was not edited nor even thought of for a few weeks. We have since recorded another episode, but much of the information is old. There’s still miscellaneous discussion that deems the episode worthy to listen to however. We apologize for not getting to this sooner!
Better late than never, we bring you Tennantcast 34 – an episode dominated by discussions of Zachary Quinto, Tim Burton, Valentine’s Day, and David Tennant’s…. Belly button. Ignoring our news since it’s all old information, we ramble on and on about how awful musician crossover movies can be, how Tim Burton has ruined all of Kelsey’s childhood favorite stories, and Valentine card stories. For our Picture Comment of the Day, which the link has been tragically lost, Kari mentions she’s never been to the beach – which cues our weirdest conversation yet of body chair (back and chest, no worries.) For our character series, we watch David Tennant play the Ghost of Christmas Present/ Russel Brand in Nan’s Christmas special, which we felt ruined a Christmas classic.
Tennantcast 35 – All The Single Ladies

We have absolutely no clue where you all have been, but in this special episode 175 we have a fantastic time discussing all of David’s new roles – one potentially romantic role with Billie Piper, one where he could be a ZOMBIE and sounds like Eli Roth should direct it, and one where he’s a single daddy. Kelsey clearly has speech problems in this episode, or a general lack of which one’s a husband and wife, Kari poses very philosophically deep questions like “can a guinea pig be bisexual?” and Flossie has a very important announcement to make to our dear listeners at the end of the episode. Though this episode was recorded in like, February, it still contains important information and valuable lessons, like cracking one’s Oscar and distributing it evenly to the losers, and how much we love Bernard Cribbins, and how we clearly must all be single in prerequisite of running this sort of podcast.
But seriously, there’s a very important message at the end – we’d love to have you on the show!

Tennantcast #36 – Happy Birthday David & Tennantcast!

As you can see, we have a special episode today…. David Tennant is 39 today, and Tennantcast is one years old! This is a cause for celebration and a special podcast. In this episode, we stay relatively on topic with such discussions as 39 reasons why we love David, some facts about his birthday and then finally, our year with Tennantcast.
Enjoy and thank you for being part of a fantastic year with us! Happy Birthday David!

Tennantcast #37 – Bologna
It’s just Kelsey and Kari as Flossie is away in Italy, sending the girls postcards of her journeys frolicking in Rome. There is a new structure about (hope you like it!) and the main big discussion for the day is Hamlet.
While the girls exchange postcard stories, it leads to how to pronounce the country Bologna, which leads to wikipedia look-ups and much laughter. (it’s not actually like “baloney”
)
David still isn’t terribly busy but there’s a lot to be said about viewing Hamlet on PBS, the news he does have, as well as the picture comment of the day!
